  • Must be 18 years of age. Please bring your ID to the appointment

  • Must not be pregnant or nursing

  • Must not have transmittable diseases such as HIV/AIDS

  • Must not have skin allergies to pigments

  • Must not have glaucoma or be taking blood thinning medications

  • Must not have skin concerns such as eczema, psoriasis, or keloids

  • Must not be under chemo or radiotherapy

  • Must not have active skin cancer

  • Must not be taking accurate for 6 at least 12 months

Appointment Info

  • Appointments will need to be made with a 48 hr notice.

  • Arrive on time and bring ID.

  • Due to a tightly packed schedule, please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 mins late, we will need to reschedule. A deposit may be required.

  • Designs need to be approved and no changes without a 24 hour notice.

  • Dress accordingly to your tattoo placement. Wear loose clothing that won’t rub on your tattoo.

  • If you are getting tattoo in an area with hair, please shave 24 hrs before your appointment.

Photos/Videos

  • Photos and videos may be taken for insurance purposes as well as social posts, marketing, and website, etc.

Booking Fee and Payment

  • A $50 Non Refundable booking fee is due at the time of booking, once your design, date/time is confirmed.

  • It will go toward the remaining balance.

  • Payment is due at the end of services.
